Omaha Public Schools is pleased to recognize the following staff and students for their academic, extracurricular and professional achievements:
- Dylan Holden of South High for being selected as the Lincoln Journal Star Player of the Year.
- Ryan Kubiak and Dylan Holden of South High for being named to the Omaha World-Herald’s 2026 All-Nebraska soccer team.
- Michaela Dailey, North High girls basketball coach, for being named the Omaha Sports Commission Female Coach of the Year.
- Omaha Public Schools District Communications team for earning 13 awards from the National School Public Relations Association’s 2026 Publications and Digital Media Excellence Awards.
